After this, all you need to do is decide on your number one goal for this week and email it to me, along with your action steps! Your job is simple: to focus on your goal each day, giving it attention and energy and allowing it to take shape and grow. You won’t be alone, either- I will be here on the side line cheering you on! At the end of the 7 days, you are going to ‘check in’ and report back on your achievements. Believe me, even if it seems impossible now, once you start focussing on what matters, things start falling into place. YOU CAN DO THIS!
